I was stationed at a recruiting office in Michigan. We were a very small unit so we hung out as a group a lot and shared common friends (non-CG people). A female SK2 would regularly attempt to prey on the wives of co-workers that had had too much to drink as well as others. On one occasion, she was on a couch making out with a passed-out wife of a shipmate with her hand down the other girl's pants. I was shocked and asked her to stop and she made a statement saying "I can turn any woman gay, including your wife."
I reported it up the chain of command and was told "Well, she does check both boxes on who we want to recruit, so try to settle it at your level." Months later, she made a move on my wife who politely told her to stop.
Our "friendship" was strained due to her predatory behavior, but Coast Guard Recruiting Command rewarded her with a second tour of duty in recruiting.
