MLAA has learned that the Hell-Ship where Midshipman-X was sexually harassed and brutally sexually assaulted by her 1st Assistant Engineer was the M/V Alliance Fairfax, operated by Maersk Line, Limited. Before being flagged in the United States, the vessel was previously known as the Maersk Willow.

As previously described by Midshipman-X in her horrifying account of the ordeal she suffered as a cadet aboard the M/V Alliance Fairfax, and based on new information, the Rapist:

  1. Is a man in his 60’s

  2. Served as 1st Engineer Aboard the M/V Alliance Fairfax

  3. Is a member of the Marine Engineers Beneficial Association (M.E.B.A)

The Coast Guard Investigative Service has recently completed their criminal investigation into the Midshipman-X case, and the investigation report has been forwarded to the U.S. Attorney’s office for the Middle District of Florida where its fate rests in the hands of U.S. Attorney Roger Handberg
